About DSVG

Built to own businesses for the long term.

Diamond Star Venture Group is an operator-led acquisition company. We acquire established businesses, protect what makes them work, and build them into stronger companies over time.

Why we exist

Good businesses deserve a good next owner.

Many owners of established companies are approaching retirement or a transition. Too often their choices are a buyer who plans to resell, a competitor who plans to absorb, or no buyer at all.

DSVG was formed to offer a different option: an owner that operates. We combine acquisition discipline with hands-on operating experience and a practical approach to technology. Our aim is simple — to be a business owner others would trust with what they built.

Our philosophy

What guides our decisions.

01

Long-term ownership

We acquire to own and build. Patience lets us make decisions that are right for the business, not for a short holding period.

02

Respect for founders

Owners spent years building their companies. We honor that work by protecting its strengths and its people.

03

Continuity

Customers, employees and communities depend on these businesses. Stability comes first.

04

Operational improvement

Clear management, reliable numbers and good processes create durable value.

05

Practical technology

We adopt tools that make work easier and service better — and skip the ones that do not.

06

Entrepreneurial leadership

We act like owners: close to the work, accountable for results, and invested in growth.

Leadership

Leadership.
